Everyone who ever booked time in Raken, from the time-card archive. People is who can log in; this is who the hours belong to. Link a worker to their login so their name lines up across both. Merge fixes a misspelled duplicate by moving its hours onto the right name.

The <JOB#>_TJS_Field.zip from post-award — job, items, hazards, daily checks, the foreman packet and the documents in one step. Checked in full before anything is written; a new job lands as a draft only you can see. Format: TJS Field — Job Import Format v1.
The bid lines the foreman reports against — from the material list at post-award. Phases on the job come from these. CSV columns: code,name,unit,qty,hours_each,sort,notes — hours_each in man-hours, or a crew_hours_each column instead and Field multiplies by the crew size.

Files Raken's daily reports, photos and job files as read-only history on each job (owner and super see it). Nothing here touches End of Day, payroll or the board. Pick the Raken\Data folder — the zips and any unzipped folders are read straight from this computer; nothing uploads until you press Import. Photos are shrunk to about 2,000 px; the originals stay in OneDrive. Re-running skips anything already filed.

Two Raken files work here. Production Insights (budget report) = job-to-date hours as of a date. Time cards export = hours per day. The app tells them apart.
This is a Raken Production Insights report — a job-to-date total, no dates. It sets the job's hours used as of a date.

When these are set, Apply also stores every row in the time-card archive (all projects, matched or not) and maps Raken's code to a TJS cost code. Re-uploading the same days overwrites, never duplicates.
