Everyone who ever booked time in Raken, from the time-card archive. People is who can log in; this is who the hours belong to. Link a worker to their login so their name lines up across both. Merge fixes a misspelled duplicate by moving its hours onto the right name.

Two Raken files work here. Production Insights (budget report) = job-to-date hours as of a date. Time cards export = hours per day. The app tells them apart.
This is a Raken Production Insights report — a job-to-date total, no dates. It sets the job's hours used as of a date.

When these are set, Apply also stores every row in the time-card archive (all projects, matched or not) and maps Raken's code to a TJS cost code. Re-uploading the same days overwrites, never duplicates.
